The Association of Diesel Specialists (ADS) Convention and Tradeshow was held in San Diego August 7-10, 2018. Several employees from Seidel Diesel Group were in attendance to participate in the week’s events. Highlights of the meeting include:
- Keynote speaker Mary Feeley, CSP spoke on the importance of humor and how business owners can use humor in all aspects of their business to help customers, develop team camaraderie and implement change.
- Tom Fulks of the Diesel Technology Forum discussed the status of diesel in the global vehicle marketplace.
- ADS members (including Paul Thoms, President of Seidel Diesel Group) offered tips on finding and saving important service information.
- ADS service member panel discussed how a comprehensive digital marketing campaign has positively changed their business.
The above was just a few of the topics presented throughout the week at the convention. In addition, there were numerous networking opportunities, technical training sessions and a tradeshow. Overall it was a great event!
