We Remanufacture Our DS Pumps to the Standards Set by Stanadyne
- All internal parts are inspected and updated to the latest Standyne requirements
- All internal parts that need to have mirror finishes are lapped so there are not internal leaks
- All are calibrated using the latest version of Stanadyne’s testing equipment
- Encoder sensors are replaced with new
- Pump mounted driver (PMD) and harness is replaced new
- Testing is accredited by Stanadyne to make sure all test equipment meets expectations
- All technicians have been factory trained on the remanufacturing process
- Everything is torn down, inspected, cleaned, lapped and put back together
